This week of camp is dedicated to Outer Space. Children will experience explorations observing and learning about Outer space. They will explore outer space through sensory activities, crafts, and stories while developing coordination skills. Campers will make lots of space-related crafts in several different mediums.Littles learn best by doing and playing. We practice handwork and workplay. We “play” with natural objects and materials such as wood, stones, clay, felt, paper + more! Each project is planned so that children build skills while satisfying their need to explore. Projects are safe, non-toxic, earth friendly, and full of creativity.
Children should bring their own refillable water bottle and a snack. They’ll also need a sun hat and clothes that can get a little messy or splashes of paint (don’t dress them in their best!).
