Join us inside The Den at Swamp Cat Brewing Co. for a celebratory New Year tasting experience designed to kick off 2026 the right way. This cozy, elevated pairing night brings together artisan boards, seasonal desserts, and curated beer and wine pairings — perfect for a “treat yourself” January reset.
🧀 will create a beautifully crafted charcuterie board featuring thoughtfully selected cheeses, meats, and accompaniments — seasonal, balanced, and made to pair.
🍰 adds a sweet finish with four curated dessert pairings inspired by the season — indulgent without being over the top.
🍺 . rounds out the experience with guided beer pairings chosen to complement each bite, along with tasting notes and pairing insights throughout the evening.
