With Lunar New Year just around the corner, we invite you to a lively celebration full of creativity and the energy of the Year of the Horse. Craft & Cocktails: Lunar New Year Paint Night is more than just a class. It’s a hands-on experience where friends and newcomers gather to welcome new beginnings with art, color, and a delicious cocktail.
The evening starts with a fun, hands-on cocktail lesson led by Cocktail Collective’s expert instructors. You’ll make a festive New Year drink using seasonal ingredients, adding your own intentions for the year as you go. We’ll take a short look at the meaning behind the Year of the Horse, which stands for independence, resilience, freedom, and the courage to chase new opportunities. It’s a chance to think about your own journey and set goals for the year ahead.
Next, pick one of three locally designed Lunar New Year art pieces to paint. Each piece is printed on a 12x16 linen canvas. Whether you prefer something symbolic, traditional, or modern, your artwork will become a personal good luck charm for the year ahead, made by you and shaped by your intentions. Enjoy your drink, relax, and let your creativity flow as you paint with others in a friendly, welcoming group.
