Create, Connect, Reflect: Junk Journaling & Collage Workshop Series
Discover the power of creativity, connection, and healing in this hands-on 3-part workshop series. Through junk journaling and collage making, you’ll explore mindfulness, self-expression, and storytelling in a supportive and welcoming environment. No artistic experience is needed.
Guided by the amazing Toyin Olabisi, MA, MS, MEd, PhD, LCPC, RYT, you’ll learn how to transform everyday materials into meaningful works of art that reflect your unique story. Each session blends creativity with wellness, offering space for emotions, building new skills, and connecting with fellow veterans.
Attend one or all three sessions. Zoom participation is available, but registration by September 23 is required to receive the mailed supplies. You can also collect your own supplies. Details for this event will be emailed Sept 30th.
