You are invited to join us in our purpose-built tranquil sanctuary room for a relaxed session in which you can partake in a chosen craft in a mindful way. It is a small, friendly group, ideal for making like-minded friends as you absorb the positive energy of the room and benefit from the healing frequency playing softly in the background.The session starts with an introduction and demonstration of the craft, followed by suggestions for how to do this mindfully, helping you to gain the maximum benefit for your wellbeing and mental health.
Every month the craft will have a wellbeing theme offering you the opportunity to reflect on your own mindset and self-care practices.
In July we will be having a card creation and cupcake morning. We'll be thinking about the sense of achievement from creating something for someone else and the positive way that will make them feel.
All of these sessions include a complementary cuppa and there will be mindfulness colouring sheets available too. Please ensure you book your ticket at the earliest opportunity, as spaces are limited to a maximum of 12 people, and we don’t want you to miss out.
We understand that coming along to a group for the first time can feel overwhelming, so we want to reassure you that everyone is welcome and you’ll be made to feel at home as soon as you arrive.
