Crab & Cray returns to NIDO on Friday August 29th for a special winter edition - a long lunch devoted to the luxurious shellfish of our coastline, and the wines that pair so perfectly with them 🦀
This season's menu has a strong focus on SA crustaceans: including Blue Swimmer Crab and Limestone Coast Lobster. Other decadent menu highlights include Slipper Lobster, caviar, truffle and some special NIDO touches.
And because great seafood deserves great wine, we’ve partnered with Jono Hersey of The French Wine Centre. Known for his sharp palate and lover of all things White Burgundy, Chardonnay, Chablis and Champagne, Jono’s pours for this lunch are both elegant and generous - designed to lift the seafood and leave a lasting impression 🥂
