About this Event
A message from Kerry Davis:
On November 9, I’ll be at the piano with my friends Dan Finn (bass) and Chris Latona (percussion) for an intimate night of music. This isn’t just a concert — it’s my way, as the director AND a supporter of Cleveland Print Room, of participating in CPR6000, Cleveland Print Room’s grassroots campaign where 25 households each raise $6,000 through their own networks.
For me, that means inviting you into the room. We’ll share music, talk about CPR’s project on Lexington Avenue, and imagine what comes next. This campaign isn’t only about raising $150,000 — it’s about gathering our people, old and new, to understand the work we’re doing and the future we’re building.
You can support these efforts in a few ways:
- Donate & reserve your seat/seats [guarantee space in the 100]. (The public will be given this opportunity as soon as October 10.)
- Donate & bring someone else or give the tickets away (invite a friend who should know CPR’s story).
- Donate even if you can’t attend — your support still helps build what’s next.
Or …”be that person”.
Though you are welcome to give the whole 6000K, that is not the ask. You can make a donation of your choice or move toward the suggested amount. It’s just the goal divided by 100!
This evening is part of CPR6000.
We’ve asked 25 households to each give us space to talk about our work as well as raise one time resources for CPR. Together, that’s at least $150,000 in grassroots support. But this isn’t only about the money — it’s about bringing our own people closer to the work, introducing new people to our work, and building a shared understanding of what CPR is doing now and what we see ourselves doing in the future on Lexington Avenue.
I’m just taking my turn, and I am delighted to get to make music while doing it.
