FREE CPR Course Offered MonthlyJoin us at one of our monthly Family & Friends CPR/AED classes.
This free course, instructed by Poudre Fire Authority and UCHealth, does not offer a certification (which is how we keep it free).
It is an excellent way for people of all ages (people as young as 12 years old are welcome if accompanied by a parent/guardian) to increase their ability to provide lifesaving CPR within the first few minutes of cardiac arrest. The course also teaches skills to use in the event of mild and severe choking.
Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the American Heart Association's research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of:
- Adult Hands-Only CPR
- Adult CPR with breaths
- Child CPR with breaths
- Adult and child AED use
- Infant CPR and
- Mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants.
