CPLI's 2025 Back9 Fundraiser

Join us for an exciting evening planned at Back9, 1415 Drover St, Indianapolis, IN 46221! Door open at 5:45 pm, and buffet dinner begins at 6:00 pm. The silent auction will end at 8:30 pm to announce the winners. Auction items will include celebrity items, event tickets, restaurant vouchers, gift baskets, plus much more!

Ticket Types:

All tickets include gameplay, dinner at the buffet, and one beer/wine ticket. Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the buffet.

Teams of 6 -$600

Golfers who purchase a full bay receive a reserved bay for a group of 6 golfers during the tournament games. For an additional $100 you can receive all of the above and be a Bay Sponsor by selecting the "Full Bay + Bay Sponsorship" ticket.

Individual Player -$150

Individual golfers who purchase a single ticket will be paired with a team for the tournament games. If you want to be paired with another individual golfer please indicate on the registration form.

Donation

Individuals who are unable to attend, but would still like to support our mission, can select the "donation" ticket and make a gift.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

CPLI is offering five different sponsorship packages in addition to event registration. Sponsorships offer donor recognition at the event and other promotional opportunities, while providing additional funding to support our mission.

Presenting Sponsor –$10,000

Our presenting sponsor will receive special recognition on TV screens in the venue, donor recognition at the registration table and buffet dinner, an opportunity for an individual or representative to give brief remarks, recognition on CPLI's website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and invitations to CPLI's educational events for the 2025 calendar year. The presenting sponsorship includes 6 tickets to play.

Title Sponsor –$5,000

Our title sponsor will receive special recognition on TV screens in the venue, donor recognition at the registration table and buffet dinner, recognition on CPLI's website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and invitations to CPLI's educational events for the 2025 calendar year. The title sponsorship includes 6 tickets to play.

Play With a Celebrity –$1,500

A team of 5 players will be assigned to play with a local celebrity. This sponsorship package includes 5 tickets to play, the opportunity to have your name listed at your bay during gameplay, donor recognition at registration and dinner, as well as shout-out posts on CPLI's social media.

Dinner Sponsorship –$1,500

Dinner Sponsorship includes donor recognition at the registration table and buffet dinner, donor name listed at your bay during gameplay, as well as shout-out posts on CPLI's social media. This package includes 4 tickets to play.

Team of 6 Sponsorship -$700

Team sponsor will receive tickets for a Team of 6 and will receive recognition at the bay during game play.

Drink Sponsorship –$500

Drink Sponsorship includes donor recognition at the registration table and buffet dinner, at your bay during gameplay, and on CPLI's social media. This package includes 2 tickets to play.

The deadline for all registration, donations, and fees is October 3, 2025, at 5 pm.
