What’s a New Year’s Eve party without a little friendly competition? Show off your creativity in our Tiny Fancy Hat Contest! Whether it’s a chic little fascinator, a dapper miniature top hat, or something wild and outrageous, your tiny hat could win you big bragging rights. Everyone who wears a fancy hat will get a raffle ticket for a prize drawing at 9:45, and we’ll also be awarding first and second prizes for the best, most dazzling hats. So break out the glitter, feathers, or whatever inspires you, and bring your tiny hat A-game. It’s your time to shine—on a small scale!
