The perfect class to take on a lazy afternoon! Cozy Yoga is a restorative and nurturing yoga class taught by seasoned yoga instructor, Julie Pascar using blankets and pillows as props so you can relax fully and deeply and feel revived. All levels welcome...this class is perfect for beginners. You'll need to bring:
A yoga mat
1-2 cozy blankets
4-5 pillows
What might enhance the experience:
Comfortable pajamas
Fluffy socks
Take this time as a way to connect to yourself and what your body, mind, and spirit need. Unplug for a hour and find your center again.
