Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session with Steph at the The Farm, a working equine facility - yes, there will be ponies! Let's stretch, breathe, and find our inner peace surrounded by nature's beauty. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is suitable for all levels. We will explore intentions for the new year and the winter season!

This session will be directly followed by our winter clothing swap! Stay and swap some of your old goodies for new ones! Maybe you'll come away with a fresh new fit for next month's yoga!
About the Practitioner: Steph (she/her)
As a proud citizen of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, Steph blends her rich cultural heritage with deep somatic yoga knowledge. With training from the SOMA Yoga & Somatics School and a personal journey through chronic pain, her practice is slow, intentional, and nurturing.

What to Expect

Yoga Session: Our skilled instructor, Steph, will guide you through a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels. We’ll focus on grounding, mindful breathwork, and embracing change as we honor the shift into the fall season.

Commmunity & Connection: Take this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, enjoy the serene farm surroundings, and celebrate the beauty of the equinox together.
Post-yoga refreshments: (optional donation add-on) Stay and mingle or meditate with a selection of seasonal beverages to leave yoga fully refreshed.
Rain or shine!: We have covered & indoor heated event spaces! We will remain COVID conscious by ventilating the space even while indoors, but masks are always welcome and encouraged.

What to Bring:

Yoga Mat: Please bring your own yoga mat for the session.
Reusable Water Bottle: To help us minimize waste, we kindly ask you to bring your own reusable water bottle.
