More than just a sound bath - This is an elevated, immersive experience to help you connect back to yourself, and others, and drop in to this holiday season in a cocoon of sounds.
✨ Drop in with some cacao to warm and open the heart.
✨ Build connection through thoughtful prompted discussion.
✨ Relax and reset in an elevated, candlelit sound bath experience.
We will start promptly @ 7:30pm - please arrive 10 minutes prior to settle in.
Come dressed cozy and casual.

EMPHASIS ON COZY: Bring your favorite fluffy blanket, plush pillow or anything that makes you feel warm and comfortable.
SOUND BATH INFORMATION:
My Sound bath style is uniquely immersive because of the use of my voice to create soundscapse. I also weave in instruments such as handpan, crystal bowls, and guitar to guide people into a grounded state of rest and renewal. My approach blends holistic practices with a scientific understanding of how sound and meditation support the nervous system.
