Barrow Brewing Company's culinary director, Vincent Alexander, has created a 4-course feast to pair perfectly with four Barrow brews. Each coarse will tantalize the taste buds and inspire you for your upcoming holiday meals. You will be guided through the pairing by Vincent and Barrow's taproom manager, Alison Caproni, an experienced taster and craft beer Cicerone.Starter: Sesame beef tar-tar, smoked deviled egg, fine herbs, fried capers, grilled garlic toast points.
Salad: Roasted beet salad, mascerated onions with strawberry, peppered fresh goat cheese, candied lemon dressed arugula.
Main: Bacon wrapped, smoked beef tournedos, duchesse potatoes, charred broccolini flower, onion and fig gastrique.
Dessert: Layered chocolate cake, salted caramel ganache, fresh berry compote with mint.
