Savage Society is trying something new, and we are inviting you to participate. Amber Wilber ([email protected]), who performed in The Council of Spider Ant & Fly, will be leading a community play-reading group for folks who love plays, enjoy being in a room where stories are being shared out loud, or are curious and want to learn more.
You are welcome to attend whether you want to read, listen, watch, suggest a play or participate in conversations about them.
This is meant to feel relaxed and welcoming, a gathering around a table with friends. We’re hoping for shared ideas, gentle curiosity, and lots of voices.
We’re testing this out to see if it has legs and, with your involvement, maybe it could become a recurring event.
At this time, the program is being developed with older teenagers and adults in mind.
