We’re very excited to have lots of lovely people coming to our Cowfold Open House Art & Craft Sale coming up soon!!And it’s such a privilege to be able to raise money for St Catherine’s Hospice, Crawley!!����
Join us for a brilliant afternoon, including refreshments and a raffle on the day!!
It’s on Saturday 8th November, 12pm to 4pm **��� at 137 Acorn Avenue, Cowfold RH13 8RT.
You’ll help us to our target of £400 that afternoon, because for every wonderful piece of art and craft that we sell, we’ll donate 25% to St Catherine’s Hospice to help this charity with their important work **������
And we’re very grateful for the prizes we’ve had donated for the raffle, including a Sunday lunch for 2 at the Hare & Hounds, Cowfold, our excellent local pub!! X��� thanks so much to Vicky!! **
We lost our dear friend Frankie to cancer. She was cared for so compassionately at St Catherine’s Hospice, and the support that the team gave her family made an enormous difference.
This vital work cannot continue without donations, so our way of giving back is to donate 25% of every item sold, and 100% of raffle ticket sales.
We want to inspire everyone with the beautiful handmade creations and unique art each of us makes, and this will be a warm and welcoming community event, with a chance to meet up and chat with us, as the artists behind the work:
• Sally Kember: Hand-printed original screen prints and paintings on paper & canvas that bring the calm and wonder of nature into your home, many framed ready to hang
• Sarah Goodyer: Beautiful beaded and finely crocheted gifts, blankets and ornaments—including festive bunting and unique Christmas tree decorations.
• Duncan Lawrence: Exquisitely made artisan wooden pieces and small furniture pieces for the home: tea light holders, wooden Christmas decorations (inc. tree decorations)—just gorgeous.
