The Covered Bridge Jams summer concert series returns for its 11th year, bringing live music to Covered Bridge Park nearly every Saturday night from June through the end of August. Presented by the Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Department, 6/21 will showcase From the Edge.From the Edge describes themselves as Party Rock N Roll and a little Country to entertain! Audience members have described From The Edge as excellent musicianship combined with pitch-perfect harmonies, entertaining stage antics, audience participation, and upbeat cover songs with catchy lyrics that make people of all ages want to sing along and dance the night away. Their favorite groups include Journey, Fleetwood Mac, a variety of 80's hair bands, Little Big Town, Chris Stapleton, and many other artists from their 300-song catalog. This group won the 2024 Best Band of Bristol, and recently performed on the MSC Cruise Line in the Bahamas. They performed 150 shows last year ranging from Pennsylvania to South Florida.
Bring along a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy an evening of free live music. Performances will begin at 7 PM. Food trucks serving this event include: Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ, Taco51, Good Karma Kettle Corn, and Sideshow Station Concessions
