CU Scarborough is excited to be hosting its first Health Conference 19th - 21st October 2022.

CU Scarborough would like to invite those who are thinking about pursuing a career into Health / Social Care.

Are you currently at school or college / studying at Access and thinking about studying at Health/ Social Care at Higher Education? Or are you currently working and wanting to enhance your career?

Never been to a conference? Why not take up this great opportunity and make this one your first!

What is on offer at CU Scarborough's Health Conference?

Each day has its own theme and you can choose which one you prefer to attend:

• Wednesday 19th - Health & Wellbeing,

• Thursday 20th - Mental Health,

• Friday 21st - Health & Social Care.

- Each day will be filled with key note speakers, inspirational talks, breakout room sessions & networking opportunities.

- It will be a great enrichment opportunity and a taster into what local Health & Social Care Organisations do.

- There will be the chance to network - meet and speak to local Health & Social Care Workers and Organisations - find out what requirements are needed to enter the sector and possible volunteering opportunities to help you gain experience.

- Local organisations will be sharing recent research

- Find out what CU Scarborough has to offer. We have a range of pathways on offer into many health courses.

- It will be a great addition to add to your CV

As well as all of the above knowledge and experience you will gain, from attending you will also receive:
