Runaways Run Club Tuesdays at 6:00am, all year.The meeting spot is Edward Payson Park / Sebago to the Sea parking lot & Baxter Blvd.
This run is (almost) always along the Back Cove Trail, which is a mostly flat, looped, non-technical gravel trail. The Cove trail is 3.6 miles and the run will start and finish at the same spot. All paces are welcome on the run, but please be advised that there are no set pace groups. We recommend that runners have the current ability to run at least 1-2 miles without issue.
Common sense protocols: if you aren't feeling well, don't attend. Do not attend if you have Covid. Running is an inherently risky activity, your attendance is acceptance of this risk.
