Get Ready for CourtSide Theory Cardio/Live Ball!
Join us in person for a heart-pumping session that mixes cardio drills with liveball point play. Whether you're here to just work up a sweat or here to compete hard in point play, theres something for everyone! There will be music playing and high energy on court! Come ready to sweat, have fun, and take your game up a notch!
**We will be trying out adding an extra hour after the intial clinic is over, to add serve clinic instruction followed by point play!
**Keep in mind, we will only have 12 tickets available for the extra hour, but if more people want entry, we will open it up to more.
**IF YOU PURCHASE A SERVE AND PLAY TICKET YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE THE CARDIO ONLY TICKET
