About this Event
At this unique retreat, Rachel Miller will bring to life not only the message of her books but also the setting of their quaint (though fictional) tea shop. As we sit around a cup of tea—and a lot of other goodies—she'll bring a lifetime of ministry experience and Bible study to the table. We'll dig deep into the Word and look at five incredible aspects of HOPE.
The weekend will start with Check-in at 5:30 and Supper at 6:00, Friday Evening.
This will be followed by our First Session where we'll introduce the theme for the weekend and begin our study, Cords of Hope, with a look into the story of Rahab the Harlot.
A fter this session, we'll have a dessert time and other special events
Saturday morning will start with a light breakfast at 8:00 a.m.
Session 2 will look at The Tribulation of Hope.
Session 3 will discuss Our Source of Hope
After Lunch, Session 4 will look at the Victory of Hope.
Our last teaching session, Agents of Hope, will bring it all down to a practical close.
In the afternoon, we'll also have fun with a ChaiNook Tea Tasting and Special Projects.
We'll close out with a sweet time of testimony and praise.

About The Speaker
“If you give God the opportunity to prove Himself, He will always do it. The more you let him astonish you, the better you will know Him, the deeper you will trust Him, and the more you will open the door of faith to risk—because you know you can trust Him.“ — Rachel Miller
Rachel Miller is an award-winning author, speaker, and missionary inspiring Christians to live with courageous faith. She has served in ministry for more than 25 years, and is the founder of Forbid Them Not Ministries. She is the author of multiple books, fiction and non-fiction alike. When not involved in ministry or writing, Rachel can be found adventuring in her home state of Montana, enjoying family and friends, or sipping a cup of tea.
The ChaiNook
The ChaiNook started as a simple tea shop in Rachel Miller's book Shadows of Chivalry, the first in the Trevor Street Chronicles Series. It has since grown into an online tea and book shop. A portion of each purchase goes to help at-risk youth and families around the world.
