A wonderful opportunity to join Kadampa Buddhist Nun Gen Chitta for an afternoon of meditation at Kadampa Meditation Centre Belfast.
Session Times
- Session 1: 2pm – 3.30pm
- Light refreshments break
- Session 2: 4pm – 5pm
Everyone is welcome to attend this short retreat. No experience is necessary and seating is provided on both chairs and meditation cushions.
Everyone is welcome , beginners and experienced meditators alike. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs and meditation cushions. There is free on-street parking on the street just outside, we are just minutes from the Westlink Divis St/ Millfield exit, and we are just 18 min walk from City Hall and the Central Station.
