About this Event
In the lovely space between winter and spring, we’re given a small, precious doorway to pause, catch our breath, and prepare to step bravely into the new year. Restoring balance requires both the courage to move forward and the mindfulness to embrace moments of stillness. This delicate balance—of breath and bravery—is the foundation for an open heart and steady stride as we welcome the year ahead.
In this Restoring Balance series, we’ll draw inspiration from three transformative works: Braving the Wilderness by Brené Brown (bravery); Wintering by Katherine May (rest); and The Heartfulness Way by Kamlesh Patel (breath)

Each circle will explore a unique aspect of bravery, rest, or breath, culminating in a final session to integrate these energies and create a personalized plan for the year.
