During the workshop, Charissa from Elegant Eats and Events will guide you through the charcuterie experience by providing each guest with an assortment of fine meats, cheeses, and fruits. She’ll demonstrate how to slice cheeses like a pro, create a stunning salami rose, and share plenty of tips and tricks to elevate your boards.
The workshop runs from 3:00–6:00 PM, making it the perfect pre-dinner date—so you can still head out for a romantic dinner afterward if you’d like.
