Homemade Pasta: Next, we’ll roll up our sleeves and learn the art of making pasta from scratch. Our chef will share tips and tricks for creating the perfect pasta dough, emphasizing the importance of the right flour-to-egg ratio and the proper kneading technique. We’ll work the dough until it’s smooth and elastic, then roll it out and cut it into sheets for our ravioli.
