Whether you're in a new relationship or have been with your partner for years, this workshop offers something for everyone.
We'll take time to discuss various mindfulness techniques that can support an open heart, mind, and ears that help to enhance communication. We'll also discuss - How to find time for connection in a busy world, and practice various techniques including breathing exercises, stretch, and touch that can get the mental and physical sparks to fly.
