Looking for a unique way to connect with your partner? Join us for our Couples Jiu Jitsu Class! 🥋 This fun, interactive class is designed for couples to train together, learn together, and grow together.
✨ What makes this class special?
Taught by a married couple of 26 years with a combined nearly 20 years of Jiu Jitsu experience.
You’ll touch and train ONLY with your partner during class.
The class is structured like a regular Jiu Jitsu class but tailored to couples: partner-focused warmups, fun and light instruction, and partner stretches to end the session—perfect for improving communication and connection!
