Couples Cook: A Dinner for Dia de los Muertos

For ages 18 & up

Make a date to learn to make a marvelous Mexican meal in honor of Day of the Dead. Working with a small team, you and your partner will create a classic soup; stuff and grill quail; make a simple mole; and try your hand at tamales. Then you'll sit down to enjoy the feast that you have created. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.

• Sopa Azteca (Tortilla Soup)

• Chorizo-stuffed, Grilled Quail 

• Roasted Pumpkin with Green Mole

• Mexican-style White Rice

• Pineapple, Pecan & Coconut Tamales

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
