An evening devoted to presence, touch, and shared stillness. This 90-minute workshop is a sacred invitation for couples to slow down together, soften into trust, and deepen their connection through breath, gentle movement, and sound.
You’ll be guided through nourishing yin postures with mindful, hands-on adjustments designed to support relaxation and open the body with care. A soothing sound journey will then carry you into a shared space of calm, allowing nervous systems to settle and hearts to synchronize.
This experience is about more than relaxation. It is about remembering how to be together in stillness, listening beyond words, and creating a moment of true connection.
