Step back in time to the glamour and intrigue of the Prohibition era. This hands-on class will transport you to a world of speakeasies, hidden flasks, and secret recipes—complete with the techniques, syrups, and mixers that made the 1920s cocktail scene legendary.

🍸 Classic Prohibition Cocktails
Learn to craft iconic cocktails like the Sidecar, Bee’s Knees, and Gin Rickey—plus inventive twists that you can recreate at home. Using unique syrups, bitters, and shrubs, your drinks will be authentic, delicious, and picture-perfect.
🥂 Hands-On Mixology & Home Bar Tips
This isn’t a sit-and-watch class! You’ll make the syrups, shrubs, and mixers yourself, mastering techniques and garnishes that make each cocktail look and taste like it came from a secret speakeasy. Everything you create, you’ll be able to take home!
🧀 Charcuterie & Light Refreshments
Nibble on a curated charcuterie spread while you mix, shake, and sip your creations—just like the classy parties of the Roaring ’20s.
