Ken and Maxine Reyes are coaches and sought-after dynamic event hosts. They are both retired U.S. Army Officers with extensive experience as Sergeants in the U.S. Air Force. They have been married for 25 years.

They both deployed in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM in Afghanistan and have experienced periods of separation that exceeds 15 months at times. Despite this, they thrived through it all and have become in-demand speakers on marriage and leadership. Together they have been helping couples to flourish in both their marriage and careers.

Their coaching program, Relationship Resiliency®, focuses on creating relationship durability, financial discipline, strengthening military marriages, and excelling in careers. Ken and Maxine have been hosting marriage retreats (Happily Joint®️) and other couples events since 2012. They have recently added (Fit For The Role®️) life skills training for young adults and those getting back on the dating scene as a part of their proven relationship strategy.

Husband and wife, Omar & Lennise Germany are the CEO and CFO of several businesses throughout Florida. They are parents of a blended family of 6, and together established recognizable brands throughout the Tampa Bay Area.
