This is a professional wellness-based workshop led by a licensed massage therapist in a calm studio setting.
This is not a lecture. You’ll be actively practicing—and both partners will have a turn to give and receive.

A calm, private, guided experience designed to help you:
- Reduce stress and tension (especially neck, shoulders, and back)
- Learn simple techniques you can use at home

- Leave with a practical 15-minute take-home routine
You’ll be coached on:
- How to use pressure without tiring your hands
- Body mechanics (so you don’t strain your wrists/thumbs)
- Safe techniques that feel good and are easy to repeat
(compressions, glides, and supportive holds)
