The County of San Bernardino Community Development and Housing Department, in partnership with SCANPH, invites you to join a collaborative convening to address critical needs in affordable housing funding and development across San Bernardino County. This event will bring together key stakeholders to align efforts, share insights, and establish actionable strategies to strengthen the pipeline of affordable housing projects in the region.

Agenda Highlights

• Legislative and Regulatory Overview: Presentations from agencies on key legislative updates and regulatory frameworks impacting AH development.
• Synergy Across Counties: Discuss best practices and strategies for collaboration across counties to maximize AH initiatives.

Objectives

1. Foster collaboration and synergy across agencies and stakeholders to increase the affordable housing development pipeline.
2. Develop a shared legislative platform to advocate for resources and policy changes.
3. Improve participation and success rates for Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) awards.
4. Strengthen collective lobbying efforts for greater impact.
5. Establish focused task groups to implement strategic goals across San Bernardino County’s 24 cities.
