12-1pm Basics & Beyond: Foundational footwork for both leads and follows, proper frame, hand placement and technique.
1-2pm Leans, Dips, & Tricks: full breakdown of a few moves. How to properly get in and out of the moves and add them into basics.
2-3pm Musicality & Timing: how to find the beat and dance on it. Technique for hearing the 1 and timing moves accordingly.
3-4pm Competition prep: Covering what the judges are looking for, and how to best use your time in front of them, along with some tips and tricks for a successful competition.
