🐴We're in the final stretch of winter and can't wait for spring! Though the sun is staying out later and we may not have as cold of temperatures, we are in some of the hardest times of year when it comes to taking care of animals on the farm. The unpredictable weather, spring preparation, uptick in animal illness/injury, repairs, and mud management just scratch the surface of the day to day on any farm this time of year in New England but especially for Pinney. Pinney is a non-profit 501(c)(3) animal rescue in Colebrook, CT. Their rescue is committed to providing a safe and loving home for horses at retirement age, as well as many farm animals in need of a safe landing. This sanctuary’s mission is to provide food, shelter, and medical care for the animals solely out of their own pockets and donations.
We would love to support and contribute to this mission as much as we can, and what better way to shed some light on them than a country night! 🤠
Friday, March 7th 7:30PM we will be providing line dance lessons, 50/50 raffle and donating a percentage of our sales directly to Pinney to help cover the cost of nutrition, vet bills, and various projects/repairs that are desperately needed.
Come on out and help Pinney feel just a fraction of the love they provide these animals with. 🐎🩷
