Are you ready to kick up your heels and have some fun? Try Country line dance!! New session starts Monday January 12 for the Intermediate class, Thursday January 15th and Friday January 16th for the beginner/all levels classes. Sign up now for one of these 6 week Country Line Dance workshops!
I am now offering 3 classes:
The INTERMEDIATE class is great if you would like to learn dances at a faster pace and have some experience with Line dancing. This class held on MONDAYS at 6:45 at Cornerstone in NEW HOPE starting January 12.
The BEGINNER/ALL LEVELS Line dance class is great for all levels including beginners. This class is held on THURSDAYS at 1:30 at Cornerstone in DOYLESTOWN starting January 15 and FRIDAYS at 5:30 at Cornerstone in NEW HOPE starting January 16.

COUNTRY LINE DANCE
Line dancing is a popular form of dance that anyone can do! It is a fun social dance style where the dancers learn a choreographed pattern of steps that repeat throughout the song. Many of the country and pop dances we will learn are well known and are often done at bars and parties around the country! The special health benefit of line dance is that it combines both the mental and physical aspects of exercise, thereby improving both memory skill and endurance. But most importantly, dance is just plain fun and raises the spirit. So join in, learn something new, meet new friends, feel good, laugh and LINE DANCE!
Instructor Mary Tawa has been teaching dance for over 25 years and earned her BFA in Dance from the University of Massachusetts. She has also danced professionally in NYC with Rondo Dance Theater and was the artistic director for TAWA Dance Company in Frederick, MD. She has been teaching dance as well as Zumba, barre and other fitness classes at Cornerstone since 2006.
