About this Event

The Country & Food Festival is a one-of-a-kind high end event, highlighting good quality products, unique brands and showcasing incredible talent. The festival is a family-fun day out as there is something for everyone to enjoy, whatever your age! (Four legged friends are very welcome).

This year at the festival there will be:

  • A Fashion Show hosted by FEMME Country Magazine
  • Camel & Pig racing in the Main Ring
  • FREE Children's Entertainment
  • Large Field of Fashion central shopping village with a Champagne & Cocktail bar
  • Art, Craft, Gift and Interior Design Pavilion
  • Clay Pigeon Shooting by Bisley at Braidwood
  • Fishing lessons/demonstrations in the River Village on our 65ft long casting pond

  • Artisan Food Hall with tasting workshops & competitions
  • Kitchen Theatre with Top Chef Demonstrations
  • Sealpin Gun Dog's will provide 1:1 Dog Training and Demonstrations in the Canine Arena
  • The Secret Garden Drink and Food Court will be open late with live music
  • Activity Area - Archery, Axe throwing, Chainsaw Competition...
  • Dog Competitions, Pipe Band, Tug of War and more in the Main Ring
  • Glamping & Camping Pods, Ice Baths and Hot Tubs...
  • 'From Inside The Potting Shed' - Landscape Gardening displays, flower/autumn wreath workshops and more.
  • Pop-Up workshops throughout the festival so you can try your hand at learning a new skill..

There are also a number of theatres throughout the festival discussing topical/interesting issues:

  • THE RIVER VILLAGE - will be tackling issues around next generational fishermen /women and the benefits against fighting mental health (Saturday). River Usage and the impact - an interesting panel from wild swimming, to fishing to river tubbing - how do we share the water? (Sunday).
  • FIELD OF FASHION SHOPPING VILLAGE - Bronte Mitchell, Editor-in-chief will be chairing a couple of 'with an audience' sessions with leading brands from the rural fashion industry.
  • FROM INSIDE THE POTTING SHED - Gardening experts discussing top tips and all things green...

There will also be a number of author's onsite throughout the festival discussing their new books.... and so much more.
