Folks, mark your calendar: Saturday — 28th of March 2026 I am stoked to announce I will be hosting my very own in-house novice powerlifting competition on Saturday, the 28th of March 2026, at Counties Fitness Pukekohe.
Non-novices & novices welcome. You do not have to be a member of Counties Fitness to compete.
Registration opens on 3/1/26.
We have 2 training packages available:
15 Week online program. Starts: 13/12/25
12 Week online & in person program. Starts: 3/1/26
