With her Musical Director, Brian Nash, and her Director, Richard Jay-Alexander, she is putting together an all-new “killer” show, bringing her even closer to the audience and doing music she’s been dreaming about performing, all wrapped in a sexy concept and pulling out all the stops.
“If you’ve ever seen any of my live shows, you’ll know how much I love performing and being up on that stage, but it’s the energy and affection the audience brings into the room with them that always makes me want to deliver bigger and better for them. This new show has been a tornado in my brain for some time now and I’m so looking forward to starting rehearsals for it and performing it everywhere,” says de Lesseps.
Her Director, Richard Jay-Alexander adds, “Watching Lu build her shows over these past couple of years has been extraordinary to witness. Her work ethic is 100% and the connection with the fans is unparalleled. But, most of all, she wants the audience to have a good time. Another bit of exciting news to announce is that Luann recently completed the title song for the new show, an original tune titled MARRY, F**K, K*ll collaborating with legendary singer and hit songwriter Bruce Roberts. The Song will “drop” on all platforms following the official World Premiere of the show and it is currently positioned as the Opening Number in the new production. It’s sure to be another feather in her cap, joining other Countess Classics like, FEELIN’ JOVANI, GIRL CODE, WHAT DO I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS?, VIVA LA DIVA, CHIC C’EST LA VIE, F-BOMBS ON THE G WITH THE OGs and everyone’s timeless favorite, MONEY CAN’T BUY YOU CLASS.
