A Parkinson's specific boxing class. Classes will work on improving posture, balance, gait, size and speed of movement, as well as strength, agility and flexibility. A fun inviting environment for you to let off steam, complete complex tasks, have a laugh, connect with others and give Parkinson's a bashing.
All are welcome, please arrange a time for initial consult before attending first class.
