About this Event
**This is pre-registration for the cosplay contest, do not "purchase" a ticket if you don't plan on entering the contest. Event is free to the public.**
Pre-Register for the Countdown to the Con Cosplay Contest. This is your chance to take that costume out for a test run before heading to Planet Comicon in March. When you do pre-register, you'll be able to enter to win a prize just for participating in our contest.
**Remember! You will still need to check in at the registration table located inside the electronics entrance. Check-in is from 4pm - 5pm, Novice category will head to stage to prepare by 4:50pm.**

There are two categories available for everyone to enter for the costume contest. You must be 18 years or older to enter either category and claim a prize according to state laws.
Cosplay Categories:
Novice Cosplay Category: If you've never entered a cosplay contest before, this is your time to shine!
Advance Cosplay Category: If you've entered a costume contest before, you'll want to be placed into this category. Those who participated in the previous Countdown to the Con contest will enter this category as well.

Novice Category:
1st - $400 NFM Gift Card
2nd - $200 NFM Gift Card
3rd - $100 NFM Gift Card
Advance Category:
1st - $700 NFM Gift Card
2nd - $500 NFM Gift Card
3rd - $200 NFM Gift Card
***Important information: Novice contest will start at 5pm, if you intend to enter that category please make sure to have registered by 4:45pm***
