Join Portland City Councilor Loretta Smith for a District 1 community Town Hall focused on the priorities, challenges, and opportunities across East Portland. We’ll share brief updates from City Hall and most importantly—listen directly to you about what’s working, what’s not, and where we should focus next.

- Small business support & local economy
- Housing, homelessness, and services
- Streets, sidewalks, and transportation
- Neighborhood priorities you want elevated at City Hall
Who should attend
District 1 residents, neighborhood leaders, small business owners, youth & families, service providers, and anyone who wants to help shape our shared path forward.

- Please keep comments to 60–90 seconds so more voices can be heard.
- Be respectful and solution-focused.
