Questions, concerns or good news to share? Come to Council Corner!Join City of Visalia Council Member Emmanuel Hernandez Soto for Council Corner on Monday, September 8, 2025, starting at 5:30 p.m.
Open to Visalians of all ages, Council Corner is a monthly opportunity to meet directly with a City of Visalia council member, in-person, one on one. Attendees are invited to bring questions on City business, discuss items of concern or share happy community news.

Meetings will be held in 10-minute increments. Walk-ins are welcome starting at 5:30 p.m.
Council Corner will be held at City Hall West, in the Conference Room, located at 707 W. Acequia Ave., Visalia. Council Corner takes place the second Monday of each month, starting at 5:30 p.m.
