Autumn is the return to that home, the heart of stillness and reflections as the leaves fall while the gray whales, sea turtles, barn swallows, monarch butterflies, just to name a few, are now migrating along North America to the warmer southern regions. It is also our migration towards the elder within.Do you have a seasonal ritual to seek the warmth in the coming Fall months?
How's your heart? Do you have anyone who would listen to your reflections and possibly grief, and honor you just the way you are?
This home within us, the earth mother holding us beneath our feet, and the heart of the community will hopefully continue to offer you the love, warmth and support during this seasonal transition as we settle down, and journey within.
