About this Event
This Cardiff based course is designed for individuals who are new to exercise or looking to improve their fitness levels. We will help you progress from a couch potato to a hill conqueror over the time period that you need.
Our program consists of a combination of cardio and strength training by getting you out and about, with others, and walking at a gradually, as the weeks go by, increasing pace and incline.
Our trainers will guide you through each session and provide you with personalized support to help you achieve your fitness goals. You will also receive access to our community to connect with other participants and share your progress.
HOW IT WORKS
We begin with a zoom chat prior to your first day out with us, usually the second Monday in the month. Training then takes place most Mondays from 11am to 2.30pm and this ticket is for four sessions to be used within two months from your first session.
You will also receive a FREE ticket for any of the walks delivered by Wales Outdoors on completion.
