Your entry includes:
10-week Couch to 5k running program (Monday 13th January – Monday 17th March)
Entry into the Bournemouth Bay 5k Run (Sunday 23rd March 2025)

The program kicks off at 6:30pm on Monday 13th January at Poole Park and will continue every Monday evening until 17th March. With a mix of group sessions and personal runs, you'll work towards completing 5km, starting with three runs a week. Each session is around 30 minutes long, beginning with a 5-minute warm-up walk or jog.
Your first weekly run will be with the Forest Holme team, and your final run on 23rd March will be at the Bournemouth Bay Run!
