Join us for the Couch to 5K Race Day, the exciting finale to our Couch to 5K program! Whether you’ve been training with us or just want to come out and cheer, we invite you to celebrate the progress and hard work of our participants as they complete their 5K journey.
Program Highlights:
🏃♀️ 5K Run/Walk Program led by our licensed PTA and DPT run coaches
🎽 Participants will receive a performance long sleeve shirt
💪 Warm-up and cool-down plus strength sessions included
🎉 Post-race celebration with light refreshments
👨👩👧👦 Family-friendly event with plenty of support for all!
This race marks the culmination of 8 weeks of training, blending interval training, strength work, and guidance from our licensed physical therapy team. It’s the perfect way to kick off the winter season with a sense of accomplishment!
Registration Information:
• Race Fee: Included for Couch to 5K program participants; $25 for general registration
• Start Time: 7:00 AM sharp - be sure to arrive early for check-in and warm-up!
• Location Details: We will begin and end at the Foundry Athletic Center
