This is an instructor led running course that is great for those with a beginner fitness level. In this 7-week course, we will train you for your first 5k in an open, accepting social environment. The group will meet twice per week, rain or shine, in front of North Lakes Recreation Center and once a week on your own time and place.
Registration is currently open for $40 per person. The course will start Sept. 24 and end on Nov. 9.
We will run together in the Run for Dylan 5k on Nov. 9. Run For Dylan will be a separate race and price.
