As we navigate through the challenges of everyday life, there is an increasing need to address the issues that are impacting our mental, physical, and spiritual being. The purpose of Couch Therapy is to create a safe space to talk about this issues in great depth and work through viable solutions which lead to wholeness and healing the safety of community.

Therapist Bio:
Dr. Bettina Robinson is a passionate and committed counselor, minister, mother, wife and wholeness coach who puts her all into seeing women and men alike live happy, healthy and whole lives from the inside-out. With almost a decades worth of work in Human Resources, over 30 years of experience in ministry and several degrees including Marriage and Family Therapy, Child Psychology, and Strategic Leadership.
Dr. Robinson has the knowledge, skills and training to walk alongside you during your journey to wholeness. She pushes her clients to "do the work" to discover wholeness from within, rather than seeking outside sources to validate their internal contentment. Dr. Robinson believes that many of our issues stem from a lack of value we place on ourselves. Her transformational style of teaching, coaching, ministering and counseling has been the catalyst for setting women and men free from the bondages they have carried for years; preventing them from living their most fulfilled lives. She's more than an inspirational speaker. Her words are purposed to transform lives.
