Couch Surf!
A night of improv comedy from Couch and special guests who are crashing for the night.
Feat. Toni Charline (UCB) and guest monologist Marc Jennings (Scottish Comedian of the Year winner).
Toni Charline is an actor, writer and director living in Los Angeles. She can be seen every Friday night at the Upright Citizen Brigade Theatre with her improv team Bangarang! and every month in her sketch team Judith! If not at UCB, you can see her performing sketch or improv all over LA indie-comedy venues TNT, Crashbar and Room 101 (a show she co-created and hosts with her improv group Shakedown)
Marc is a regular panellist & writer on BBC Scotland’s satirical panel showBreaking The News, has appeared on the BBC’s stand-up television series The Comedy Underground and on BBC Five Live’s Fighting Talk. In 2019 Marc performed a sold-out run at the Edinburgh Festival and won the Scottish Comedian of the Year competition, as well as performing at the Perth and Adelaide Festivals in Australia in early 2020.
Couch are a long-form improv team from Glasgow. They are the Glasgow Improv Theatre's house team for Glasgow Harold Night, Improv F*cktown, and Improv Cage Match. Their members have trained at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, and have performed at festivals such as DCM in New York and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. They are going to do a Harold and need a suggestion to get started.
